 Exchange Policy

 

We offer exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged or spoiled upon delivery (With photo of the product on the status of its arrival).
  • The item received was incorrect or incomplete.
  • You notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To request an exchange:

  • Provide your order number, clear photos, and a brief description of the issue.
  • Once approved, a replacement will be arranged within 1–3 business days.

 Refund Policy

 

Refunds will be considered in the following cases:

  • The item is out of stock and no suitable alternative is available.
  • The item is not delivered within the promised timeframe due to an issue on our end.
  • A verified issue was raised and no exchange is feasible.

 

Note:
Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not offer refunds in monetary value, but instead we will be providing a Refund as an Account Credit to purchase a new order at
www.myhometaste.com .
