We’re committed to ensuring your orders arrive fresh, fast, and exactly as expected. Below is everything you need to know about how deliveries work at www.myhometaste.com.


Order Processing

·         How We Process Orders: Orders are processed through our trusted third-party courier partners after confirmation in our system.

·         Cut-Off Time:

o    Orders for next-day delivery must be placed before 10:00 PM.

o    Same-day deliveries can be requested before 12:00 PM, subject to driver availability.

·         Friday & Public Holiday Deliveries: Kindly place your order at least 48 hours in advance to help us schedule your delivery.


Shipping Coverage & Delivery Charges

·         We deliver our products to all countries, with a primary focus on the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

·         International delivery fees will be displayed at checkout and vary depending on the destination country and exact location.

·         To avoid delivery delays, please ensure your shipping address and contact details are complete and accurate.


Delivery Coverage & Attempts

·         Our team makes up to three delivery attempts per order.

·         If the first attempt is unsuccessful, we will follow up via phone call and SMS.

·         If delivery cannot be completed within four days, the order will be returned and may be canceled.


Delivery Schedule

·         Deliveries are made between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, with exceptions up to 11:00 PM in extreme cases.

·         If no one is available to receive the package, we may leave it in a secure area (if applicable) or reschedule the delivery.


Cash on Delivery (COD)

·         COD is available within the UAE only, for orders up to AED 2,500.

·         Please have the exact payment amount ready upon delivery.


Packaging & Safety

·         Orders are packed securely to maintain product integrity and freshness during delivery.

·         If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Note: Packages must remain sealed until the delivery confirmation is signed. If special handling is required, please inform us ahead of time.

Ensure the following details are correct to prevent delays:

✔️ Apartment/Flat/Office Number
✔️ Street & Landmark
✔️ Valid Contact Number


Proof of Delivery & Support

·         Each order is recorded with a signed proof of delivery, stored for 15 calendar days.

·         Please retain a copy of the delivery receipt signed and confirmed by the customer.
